Peoples Security Bank & Trust Welcomes Marie Bardzilowski as Vice President, Business Development Officer
Peoples Security Bank & Trust is pleased to announce that Marie E. Bardzilowski has joined the Bank as Vice President, Business Development Officer, supporting the Bank’s continued growth in New Jersey.
Based in the Bank’s Piscataway office, Bardzilowski is responsible for developing new business relationships through networking, referrals, and community involvement while strengthening relationships with existing clients. In her role, she will work closely with businesses to understand their needs, identify opportunities, and connect them with banking solutions to support their goals.
Bardzilowski brings more than 25 years of banking experience to Peoples Security Bank & Trust, with extensive experience serving clients and leading teams throughout New Jersey. She spent 18 years with Bank of America Merrill Lynch, beginning her career in branch banking and advancing through several roles, including Branch Manager and Premier Client Manager.
She later spent nine years with PNC, where she served in leadership positions within its Private Client Group. As Private Client Group Team Lead, she oversaw a team serving Mercer, Middlesex, Monmouth, and Ocean counties. She subsequently became Private Client Program Manager, overseeing a large Private Client Group across New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. Most recently, Bardzilowski returned to community banking with Northfield Bank in Pennington, New Jersey.
Her community banking experience reinforced her commitment to building local relationships and connecting businesses and individuals with financial solutions that support their success.
Bardzilowski is active in several community and professional organizations. She serves as Executive Treasurer for First Tee Greater Trenton and Treasurer for BNI Tigers Mercer County. She has also been recognized with the Partner in Hope Award from Attitudes in Reverse and as a 2025 Community Champion by Northfield Bank.
