PSBT Welcomes Lacey McEachern as AVP, Talent Management Partner

Peoples Security Bank & Trust (PSBT) is pleased to announce that Lacey McEachern has joined the organization as AVP, Talent Management Partner within the Bank’s Human Resources Department. In this role, McEachern will support the full employee lifecycle, partnering with hiring leaders across the organization to attract, develop, and retain top talent. She will oversee the full-cycle recruitment process and collaborate with leadership on workforce and succession planning. McEachern will also contribute to
onboarding design, employee engagement initiatives, policy development, and employer branding efforts to help ensure a consistent and high-quality employee experience aligned with PSBT’s strategic goals.

McEachern brings more than 10 years of human resources experience across talent acquisition, employee experience, onboarding, and organizational culture. Throughout her career, she has led large onboarding programs, developed community partnerships to strengthen workforce pipelines, and trained managers on hiring practices designed to promote fairness, consistency, and alignment with organizational values.

McEachern earned her degree in Communications, graduating summa cum laude from Howard University. She is also a trained professional coach through the Co-Active Training Institute. Originally from Silver Spring, Maryland, she currently resides in Olyphant, Pennsylvania. “It is truly a privilege to join the Peoples Security Bank & Trust team,” said McEachern. “This role represents an exciting next chapter in my career, and I’m thankful for the opportunity to share my experience while growing within an organization that closely aligns with my values around people, purpose, and community.”
