Lost or Stolen Cards

You should notify us immediately if your card becomes lost or stolen.


Debit Card Travel Notification

We are constantly monitoring activity on our customers' debit cards as part of our continuous Fraud Detection Program. Based on fraudulent activity in certain areas, your card may not be available to use unless you notify us of your travel plans prior to departure. Please stop by any branch to complete a Travel Notification for Debit Cards or call our Debit Card Department at 888-868-3858, option 2.
