Peoples Security Bank & Trust is pleased to announce that Lisa Rosario has joined the Bank as a Residential Mortgage Loan Originator, serving customers from PSBT’s Piscataway, NJ office.

In her role, Rosario will work closely with first-time homebuyers and current homeowners, guiding them through the mortgage process with a focus on education, personalized service, and long-term relationship building. She is actively involved in hosting and supporting first-time homebuyer seminars, maintaining a strong referral network, and collaborating with realtors and business partners to help clients successfully reach the closing table.

Rosario brings more than a decade of mortgage industry experience to Peoples Security Bank & Trust. Prior to joining the Bank, she held mortgage lending roles with PNC Bank, Provident Bank, Waterstone Mortgage, Wells Fargo, and Empire Mortgage, where she gained broad experience across numerous mortgage programs.

“I view every experience as an opportunity to deliver informed guidance and consistent support,” said Rosario. “My focus is on helping clients successfully navigate the home financing process, and I’m pleased to bring that commitment to Peoples Security Bank & Trust.”

She is a graduate of Perth Amboy High School and attended Kean University, where she studied business administration and marketing. She is deeply involved in the community, volunteering with Habitat for Humanity of Bergen County and serving on advisory boards for numerous professional and nonprofit organizations, including Women’s Council of Realtors, National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, Boy Scouts of America, and the Puerto Rican Association for Human Development. She also serves as President of Fresh Break Down, a community-based breakdancing organization.
