IOLTA/IOLA Checking
Our Interest on Lawyers Trust Accounts (IOLTA in Pennsylvania | IOLA in New York) pays interest on tiered funds held in escrow. This account has no minimum balance requirement and unlimited check writing. Interest earned on the account is automatically transferred to the Lawyers Trust Board on a monthly basis. (1) A minimum initial deposit of $25 is required to open this account.
(2) Transactions include debits, credits, and items deposited. Only 30¢ per item over 350.
(3) $8 monthly service charge if balance falls below $500.
(4) Call for current rates.
(5) A $7 monthly service charge will be assessed if the minimum daily balance falls below $2,500.
(6) Items include a combination of on-us and foreign checks deposited and checks written during each statement cycle. Only 20¢ per item over 250.
(7) Accounts enrolled to receive electronic statements only will not incur a statement fee. A $2 paper statement fee will be charged per statement cycle effective 10/1/22. Must be currently enrolled in PSBT Online Banking in order to receive eStatements.
